Can I manage multiple client events in one account?
Yes. Each event is separate — its own guest list, its own rules, its own RSVP link — and they all sit on one dashboard under one login. Nothing is shared between events unless you import it there yourself.
How does pricing work for planners running many events?
It is one payment per event, priced by seat count, with no subscription and no per-guest fee. If you are running more than a handful a year, get in touch and we will sort out something sensible rather than making you pay retail every time.
Can my client fill in their own guest list?
Yes, in two ways. You can import their list from a CSV, or you can send the RSVP link straight to their guests and let the list build itself as replies come in. Either way you stay in control of the seating.
What happens when guests drop out the week before?
You mark them as not attending and re-run the plan. Everyone you have pinned stays where they are, everything else re-seats around the gap, and you get a fresh chart to send the venue. It takes seconds, which is the entire point.
Do you have a white-label or agency version?
